There are a few reasons this could happen.
1. You may not have the minimum order value of $25 in your cart.
2. You have not processed your order properly.
When you want to purchase an item, you must click on the item to see the full description and purchase options, and then click on the button that says 'add to cart'. Only once you have clicked this button can you proceed to the checkout.

Australian Orders:
All orders take between 10 - 20 days to fulfill.
Please be patient :-) Your business is important to us, and we will get to it as soon as possible!! 

International Orders:
International orders are posted via international airmail.
This usually takes between 14-20 days.
(although in unusual circumstances it has taken longer).

As soon as the transfer is complete (usually 3 working days) we will fill your order and post it to you. Even easier!

All of our orders are processed by EWAY, a secure online payment gateway similar to PayPal. EWAY processed your payment and all of your credit card details remain totally anonymous.
As EWAY processes your order instantaneously, sometimes there is a delay between payment and shipping. Never fear! Your order will be shipped within 14 days. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email.

You can pay via Credit Card on the Internet only, but phone orders can be paid by money order, C.O.D (cash on delivery), or direct deposit.
